- Put in DMCR-BLACKHAWK.zip or DMCR-FIREKERNEL.zip on your sdcard
- Boot into CWM5 Recovery
- wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache/dalvik
- format cache/data/system/sd-ext
- Instal zip from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - DMCR-BLACKHAWK.zip or DMCR-FIREKERNEL.zip
- Wait until finish - reboot - done
